So it looks like I have lost my way big time again!! Not just with the writing challenge, but with this blog, my fitness, my Instagram page and my food!
I seem to being going through a slump! I normally love to plan out our meals for the week and then do the food shop only buying the ingredients we need for them. But I haven’t even done a food shop since we got back from camping!! I actually cannot remember the last time I did a food shop!!
I got really into running again and then I had a terrible period and it put a stop to it! I was also playing around with weights and hiit workouts and yoga! But again I cannot remember the last time I did any of that, or even got excited thinking about it.
I have gone through a really sad time in the past few weeks so I am not giving myself too much of a hard time about this – but it is completely my personality to be really tough on myself and have that feeling that I am letting myself down!
So I need a plan! I want to get back into feeling healthy and happy again!
