As you might have figured out by now, I am always thinking about food, what to eat next, what to eat tomorrow and what I have already eaten and what I thought of it. I actually think I am a fat person in a normal persons body!
So I often play around with new things to try, or experiment with new foods. I have seen the turkey wraps with lettuce instead of a bready type wrap. Which fits perfectly with the whole gluten free thing I am trying.
I couldn’t find a recipe that I had all the ingredients for, so decided just to chuck some stuff in a pan and hope for the best.
I started off with coconut oil in the pan and browning off the turkey mince. I then added a bit of salt, ginger, garlic, chilli flakes and some honey. It smelt amazing and tasted even better! I was so happy with it, I have made it again for this weeks lunch!!
