Well, I didn’t manage to finish the challenge!!! 👎🏻
I so annoyed, but I came down with a pretty bad cold and cough – so every time I took a breathe in I would start coughing, which may take you by surprise but it isn’t helpful for running!!
I think I only missed out on 5/6 days of running but I still didn’t finish the challenge. I would like to make up the days and the distance once I am better.
I am planning another challenge in January and I am truly determinded to complete it! I am going to run as fast as I can for the same time as the date. So for example on the 1st I will run as fast as I can for a minute and so on until the end of the month.
I have booked myself onto a 10km in February so it will hopefully be good training for that.
Have you set any challenges for Next Year?
