Since becoming a mum, our morning routine looks very different! We now start the day much earlier whether we want to or not!! Ezra tends to wake up between 5:30-6:30 most days. 

For a while I was getting annoyed by this, but then decided to change my mindset and use the early mornings to get a run in, have breakfast as a family and get things planned on for the day! 

As much as I have been enjoying this, the one problem I have with it is I’m starving by 9am!! 😂 

I was sent some Nutribuddy Breakfast Shake a few weeks ago so I have been having a shake for breakfast after my runs! 

I’m always sceptical about smoothies or shakes for breakfast! Im such a eater that I never think I will survive on something so small! But I have been pleasantly surprised. The shake keeps me pretty full for much longer than I thought it would and it tastes really nice! 

I sometime feel like I’m missing out on a yummy meal when I swap it for a shake!! But I actually really enjoy this shake! I don’t think I could swap it out for breakfast every day forever but when I’m short on time or have been for a run I will! 

The vanilla crunch shake contains: Gluten-Free Oats, Ground Flaxseeds, Desiccated Coconut, Chia Seeds, Natural Flavouring, Stevia. The shake is 100% vegan and contains no stabilisers, emulsifiers, thickeners or preservatives!

The shake comes with a really cute glass jar for you to store and refill your shakes in, and I got a nice shaker to mix my shakes up in!

I really enjoyed the shake, but didn’t really use it to help me loose weight, but I can see how it would help to keep you in shape!
